Mechanical use
Improper press operation or die setting is the primary cause of press breakage and downtime. Proper training of press operators as well as die setters ensures that they follow proper procedures. This will soon reduce downtime.
Each class before operation to the manipulator points brake shaft refill lube, rod ball head and other daily classes before the oil gun with 20-30 number of mechanical oil, clutch parts daily oil pressure gun with a lubricating oil . Clean the machine before each shift down.
Check the fasteners, fill the missing parts. Check clutch and spring, belt. Check the machine lubrication devices. Check the electrical circuit is damaged, aging, motor, solenoid is normal. Check crankshaft guide rail accuracy and wear. Check brakes, clutches, sliders, closing blocks, closing ring. Check the electrical control section. Fuselage bench bolt testing and adjustment.
According to press different machine types and processing requirements, to develop targeted, practical safety practices, and carry out the necessary job training and safety education. The use of units and operators must strictly abide by the design and manufacture of units provided by the safe use of the rules and operating procedures, the proper use and maintenance. Press general safety requirements are as follows:
